​Specializing in couples therapy, I assist couples in creating emotionally repairing conversations. It is possible to create a dynamic  where you are able to respond to each other in healthier, securely bonded ways. We will work together to discover negative interaction cycles, and change these patterns by identifying unmet needs and building new patterns of interaction. Talking about past hurts with professional guidance can change the way you feel about your partner and change the way you interact together.

I also work with individuals, as well as children and youth, who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression.  

 

​I am Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C), and have Degrees in both Child and Youth Care Counselling and Social Work (R.S.W). I am a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and have a Master of Counselling Degree (M.C).
